Coming from Oldham, Manchester or Middleton or J21 of the M60 ring road.
We are on Broadway (A663) heading towards J20 of the M62 motorway, just past 100 meter's past  the junction of Middleton Road (A669). 
We are at the side of the church and set back off the road. 
As you come through the traffic lights at the junction SLOW DOWN as you can quite easily go past us, we do have signs on the pillar’s at the car park entrance. 
Coming from Rochdale, Royton, or J20 of the M62.
We are on the right hand side of the dual carriageway, 100 mtr’s before the traffic lights, at the junction with Middleton Road.
You will need to turn right in to Middleton Road, you can use the entrance to Chadderton Cemetery to turn round and at the traffic lights turn left back on to Broadway.
